Privacy Notice
1. Who we are
ATVIXA (PTY) LTD provides seller software, including Stock Checker, Repricer, analytics, seller-account connections, subscriptions and support. Privacy enquiries may be sent to support@atvixa.co.za.
2. Information we process
- Account information such as name, business name, email address and password hash.
- Subscription, payment-request and payment-confirmation records.
- Seller-account information, product and offer information, Repricer settings and related operational data.
- Encrypted seller/API credentials where required to provide connected features.
- Security, audit, support and technical records reasonably required to operate and protect the service.
3. Why we process information
ATVIXA processes information to create and administer accounts, perform the contract with customers, provide requested seller tools, process and reconcile payments, secure the service, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain records, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability.
4. Seller credentials
Supported seller/API credentials are encrypted before storage. Plain credentials are not intended to be displayed back through normal customer or admin interfaces. Customers must ensure they are authorised to provide and use those credentials.
5. Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, communicate, process payments or provide connected functions. ATVIXA does not sell customer personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, contractual records, security, dispute handling and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Different categories may have different retention periods.
7. Security
ATVIXA uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service, including password hashing and encryption of supported seller credentials. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to POPIA and other applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction or deletion where appropriate, object to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Requests can be sent to support@atvixa.co.za.
9. Business/customer data
Where a customer provides information relating to its staff, customers or other persons, that customer is responsible for having an appropriate basis to provide the information to ATVIXA. ATVIXA processes such information only as necessary to provide and protect the service or as otherwise permitted by law.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated as ATVIXA's services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
